Architecture Coordinator (Construction)
Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. Ensure smooth communication and information flow across all stakeholders.
Design Support: Assist the design team in developing architectural drawings, plans, and specifications, ensuring alignment with project requirements and client expectations.
Documentation Management: Prepare and organize architectural documentation, including contracts, drawings, project schedules, and permits, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate.
Quality Control: Oversee the quality and accuracy of architectural drawings, materials, and finishes, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
Site Coordination: Visit construction sites to monitor progress and quality, ensuring that work is carried out in line with approved designs. Resolve site-related issues promptly and effectively.
Scheduling & Budgeting: Assist in preparing project timelines, tracking milestones, and ensuring the project remains within budget. Proactively address any potential delays or budget discrepancies.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all architectural designs and project implementations comply with Singapore’s building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
Client Liaison: Support client meetings and presentations by preparing materials and ensuring all requirements are addressed.
Requirements:
Minimum Degree in construction engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, construction management, building science, architectural engineering, construction technology and any related disciplines.
Possess good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work in team and independently.
