Project Coordinator (Interior Design/Furniture Industry/ Renovation) - Toa Payoh
Location : Toa Payoh Industrial (Bus stop nearby)
Working hours : 5.5 days a week - Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm / Sat from 9am to 1pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic up to $3500 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual leave

Main Responsibilities:
Monitoring daily process and progress at Project Sites
Experience in Architectural Trade
To supervise and manage a group of carpenters/workers & sub-contractor in achieving production targets to meet project datelines.
To supervise General Workers on the installation and construction issues
Plan, monitor and arrange assignments for General Workers and Carpenters
Perform quality check and ensure furniture/cabinets are fabricated accordingly to construction drawings.
Attend site meeting.
Conducts project site Inspection on a regular basis.
Assist Project Manager/Project Director
Other Ad-hoc assignment by Superior
Requirements:
At least 2 years of working experience with Interior background.
Minimum higher NITEC / Diploma holders or candidates with relevant experience and proven track records will also be considered.
Interior Design / Carpentry / Joinery knowledge preferred.
Experience in construction / Furniture Industry will be an added advantage.
