Job Description

Sales Support Executive (Airtime/Hardware)

Location: West (Tuas - transport provided from Tuas Link MRT)

Working hours: 5 days, Mon to Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $3700 + AWS + Variable Bonus + Medical

Duration: Permanent

Industry: Marine Manufacturer

 


Main Responsibilities:


To provide active support and assistance to Sales Managers eg. customer accounts registration, Sim Card activation and etc.

To provide technical support for IT trouble shooting and escalate to the appropriate makers / service providers.

Coordination for service attendance.

Manage all sales processes and fulfillment. (hardware, airtime, solution)

Manage sales records and reports.

Liaising with supply chain and purchase team in ensuring products’ availability.

Manage sales contracts with new and existing customers.

To process requests for quotations received via email and/or phone.

To ensure quotations will be offered.

To input, control and close off orders in Navision ERP system.

To keep customers informed regarding status of their orders.

To manage and monitor different portals (Set up, update setting and make configuration and etc).

To monitor internet connectivity for vessels.

To be responsible for the complete process of the orders / contracts (from A to Z)

Filling documents, general office duties ad-hoc duties as tasked.

Requirements:


Minimum A Level/Diploma Holders in Electrical Engineering

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position

Must be PC literate in Microsoft Office Application
