HR & Administrative Assistant (Construction)
Responsibilities:
Handle HR administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing employment contracts and documentation.
Conduct staff orientation and regular briefings on company policies and procedures.
Process MOM work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign workers.
Provide admin support in HR operations.
Maintain proper filing system, documentation & database.
Assist in preparation of correspondences, letter and documents.
Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
O/A levels/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience.
Previous experiences in an HR or administrable role preferably within the construction industry, is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work in team and independently.
