Immigration Consultant
Responsibilities:
Client Liaison & Advisory
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, offering personalized immigration advisory services.
Assess client eligibility and provide clear, detailed guidance on application requirements.
Maintain ongoing communication to keep clients informed about application status and next steps.
Immigration Application Management
Prepare and review all required documentation for application.
Utilize your knowledge of Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) policies and procedures to ensure all applications meet the necessary criteria.
Leverage your ICA background and expertise to develop robust application strategies, increasing the likelihood of successful applications.
Monitor application progress, address any issues or requests from authorities, and provide timely updates to clients and management.
Business Development Support
Assist in developing strategies to attract new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clientele.
Contribute to marketing initiatives, networking events, and other business development efforts that showcase Homeland Shires’ comprehensive services.
Work alongside the Managing Directors to identify new service offerings or partnerships that align with client needs.
Internal Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with the Managing Directors (e.g., company incorporation, property services) to ensure a seamless, one-stop client experience.
Prepare regular reports on client progress, application outcomes, and other key metrics for the Managing Directors.
Ensure all client data is accurately recorded and updated in the firm’s systems.
Compliance & Best Practices
Stay updated on the latest ICA regulations, industry trends, and best practices to maintain high-quality advisory services.
Adhere to all legal and compliance standards in client documentation, communications, and data handling.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, with a background in the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) handling immigration applications and approvals (either currently or previously employed).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client liaison.
Responsible, responsive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated initiative and ownership of tasks.
Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
