Job Description

Our client is a Manufacturing Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Admin Assistant to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.


Job Responsibilities

  • Manage reception duties, including welcoming guests and handling calls.
  • Provide administrative support for daily office operations.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
  • Update and generate reports as required.
  • Enter customer purchase orders into the accounting system.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining safe work procedures for Quality Assurance.
  • Act as a backup for the Logistics & Purchasing Administrator.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Min Nitec / Diploma in Business or equivalent
  • Min 2 years’ relevant working experience.
