Logistics Admin (East Location)


Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving and Verifying document
  • Verify Customer Shipping Requirement and Mode
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing with supporting documents in the ERP system.
  • Update records in Excel and communicate with the operations team.
  • Match packing documents with the Shipment Management System (SMS).
  • Manage ERP tasks, including purchase requests, receipts, and stock transfers.
  • Validate and update inventory counts in the ERP system weekly and monthly.
  • Communicate with customers via email, Teams, and phone to meet requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill customer orders.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a warehousing environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Team Player
  • Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.


Working Location: 35 Greenwich Drive/17 Changi South Street 2

Working Hours (Monthly Rotating Shift): 8.30am to 5.30pm and 8.30pm to 5.30am
