Executive Secretary Job in Singapore


Job Description

Our client is a SGX listed multinational and is seeking an experienced and capable Executive Assistant to support their CEO with the day-to-day administration.


Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and handle incoming communications, including emails, calls, and requests, responding on their behalf as needed.
  • Handle admin tasks, organize documents, take briefings and prepare materials for meetings.
  • Coordinate travel plans, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and stakeholders, clients, ensuring smooth communication.


To be eligible for this role you will require:

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience supporting C-suite executives in large organizations.
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese, to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exhibits excellent time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
