THE ROLE
We are seeking a dedicated and detailed-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support the seamless distribution of our innovative breastfeeding products. As the backbone of our fast-growing operations team, you will play a crucial role in managing our warehouse and logistics activities. Responsibilities
- Perform picking, packing, sorting, and labelling of goods
- Perform customisation and personalisation of products
- Prepare for delivery and shipment of goods
- Receive and inspect incoming goods to ensure they are accurate and in good condition
- Perform cycle count and physical inventory check
- Maintain good housekeeping in the warehouse and ensure compliance with safety requirements
- Assist in other ad-hoc operational duties
Requirements
- Prior working experience in Warehouse/Logistics will be advantageous
- Basic Computer knowledge and MS Office skills will be advantageous
- Meticulous with strong organization and multi-tasking capabilities
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability to accomplish duties assigned
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and demonstrates strong team player qualities
- Able to commit to 5.5-day work week (Weekdays: 8.30am to 5.30pm. Saturdays: 10.30am to 2.30pm)
