As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Facilities & Workplace Operations Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of our offices across multiple locations while based in Singapore. The Facilities & Workplace Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of office facilities, workplace security, vendor management, and business continuity planning. As a Facilities & Workplace Operations Manager, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Facilities & Security Management – Oversee access control systems (building/unit access cards), CCTV, video conferencing, IP telephony, desktop monitors, and TV screens across all office locations.
- Vendor & Asset Management – Handle procurement, maintenance, and lifecycle management of corporate assets, including vendor negotiations and service agreements.
- Business Continuity Planning – Develop and implement contingency plans for physical office threats, including fire, health, and safety scenarios.
- Office Operations & Maintenance – Manage office renovations, cleaning services, internet and electricity renewals, and coordination with building administrators/realtors.
- Workplace Technology & Employee Experience – Implement workplace technology systems and collaborate with HR to enhance the office environment and employee well-being.
As an experienced Facilities Manager or Workplace Manager, you would have:
- At least 5 years of experience in facilities management, workplace operations, or office administration, preferably in a regional or multi-office setting.
- Strong project management skills to oversee renovations, office relocation, maintenance, and business continuity initiatives.
- Experience with vendor management, including contract negotiations, procurement, and service-level agreements.
- Knowledge of workplace compliance related to health, safety, and security regulations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and external vendors.
