Yard Operations Supervisor/Manager (HSE/Shipyard) – Up To $9,000
Location: Shipyard Crescent (Transport Provided at CCK, Jurong West, Lakeside & Jurong point)
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays | 7.30am to 4.30pm & Saturday | 7.30am to 11.30am
Salary (Commensurate with experience): Up to $9,000 + Variable Bonus + Insurance + 18 - 25 Days Annual Leave + Medical Claim $400/year + Dental Claim $200/year

Responsibilities:
Supervise yard operations, including receipt, sorting, processing, and storage of scrap metal & wood waste materials.
Manage and coordinate yard staff to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Maintain compliance with safety regulations and environmental policies.
Monitor and improve operational processes for efficiency and waste reduction.
Requirements:
Experience in scrap metal or wood waste recycling, construction, shipyard or industrial operations.
Degree/Diploma in engineering related fields.
Possess leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
