Job Description

Position : Admin/Sales Coordinator (Course enrolment) – Up to $3,200 - Near MRT


Location : North East – Beside Paya Lebar MRT


Working hours : Monday - Friday | 9.30am - 5.30pm


Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,200 + Performance Bonus + Annual Leaves & Medical Benefits


Duration : Permanent


Industry : Training Center


Main Responsibilities:


Identify and research potential industries to target for business opportunities.


Conduct cold outreach to initiate contact with prospective clients or partners.


Engage in warm outreach to nurture existing leads and build relationships with prospects.


Handle all course enrolment related matters; not excluding doing consultative selling based on prospect’s needs.


Maintain accurate records of leads, enrolments, and payment statuses using CRM Management


Pre-Course Preparation, Post-Course Documentations and after-sales support


Requirements:


Minimum Nitec/Diploma in Business/Admin Management or relevant field.


Experienced with Training Program Coordination or Possessing B2B Training & Certificates will be a strong bonus


Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese associates who can converse in Mandarin only.
