We are representing our client in the luxury automotive industry to seek a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with proven track record in the automotives industries.
Responsibilities:
Set pricing, promotions, and sales strategies to increase both sales volumes and profitability.
Develop and track sales performance metrics to meet business objectives.
Monitor and coach sales teams to achieve targets in financing, insurance, and trade-in penetration.
Review and implement sales incentives and commission structures for the sales team.
Plan and manage manpower requirements to ensure a high-performing sales team.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints to enhance overall satisfaction.
Provide coaching and feedback to improve selling techniques and customer service.
Enhance the showroom experience to create a premium retail environment.
Develop and execute branding strategies in collaboration with the Marketing team.
Plan product line-ups and define unique selling points (USP) for all vehicle models.
Identify and evaluate areas for improvement within the Sales Department.
Measure and improve customer satisfaction scores and ensure excellence in service.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Manage inventory and optimize stock turnover to maintain efficiency.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry, preferably in luxury or high-performance brands.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and coaching a sales team.
Exceptional sales and negotiation abilities, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
In-depth knowledge of luxury and high-performance vehicles with a passion for the automotive industry.
Strong customer relationship management skills and the ability to engage with high-net-worth individuals.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
