Project Engineer Required in Singapore
Job Description
Project Engineer (M&E Construction) - Up To $5,500
Location : Office at Toa Payoh | Project Site Based
Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm & Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5,500 + HP Allowance $50 + Up to $250 Transport Allowance + 12 to 18 days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits + Dental Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
Requisition resources (labor, materials, equipment) for projects
Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure project progress
Liaise with customers, consultants, and authorities on project matters
Coordinate with Purchasing Department to manage material delivery and minimize waste
Oversee project handover and manage contracts, claims, disputes, and final accounts
Provide on-the-job training to new staff
Supervise subcontractors' work and resolve on-site technical issues
Inspect incoming materials and conduct quality checks on work
Prepare and control shop drawings and material requisitions
Recommend corrective actions for non-conformance issues
Prepare Quality Plan and execute assignments as directed by senior management
Requirements:
Minimum of Diploma in Civil Engineering/Construction Engineering/Electrical Engineering
Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience in similar capacity under building/construction/engineering industry
Have Electrical Background is a must
