Job Description

Administrative Assistant - Up to $2,500 – Near Bartley MRT - SIMPLE DUTIES


Location : Joo Seng


Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 6.00PM


Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 10 Days Annual Leave (Additional 1 day every year, capped at 14 Days)


Duration : Perm 


Industry : Elevator Industry


Responsibilities: 


Assist to delegate daily maintenance work schedule to supervisors/team leaders


Assist to maintain customers’ record in system


Call or liaise with customers to confirm maintenance appointments


Able to handle customers’ feedback and complaints


Update daily service records to computer & filing of records


In charge of lift contract renewal to customers prior to expiry of existing contract


Assist to manage office stationeries & office equipment & consumables


Assist to support inventory management


General filing and correspondence


Answer & screen phone calls


Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned


Requirements: 


Minimum O Levels Qualifications


Minimum 1 year of admin experience


Proficient in Microsoft Office


Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
