Position : Shipping Officer/Executive (International FCL/Freight Operations) - Up To $4,000
Location : West – Penjuru Road (Buses Available: 78 / 79)
Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 6pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,000 + Annual Bonus + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
Manage customer inquiries, shipments, and bookings.
Coordinate shipping operations, schedules, and contracts.
Sourcing for carriers and rates.
Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
Analyze shipping protocols and expenses to suggest improvements.
Maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure billing accuracy.
Manage inventory, perform stock control, and maintain warehouse organization.
Ensure safety procedures are followed and assist with ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma Holder with at least 1 year of relevant experience in Freight forwarding /Shipping / Transportation industries.
Able to work independently
