Position: Sales Manager (Software)
Location: Kallang
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,500 + Transport Reimbursement + Commission + Performance Bonus

Main Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing software sales team
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and key accounts
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals
Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic recommendations
Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to ensure their success
Requirements:
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
Requires Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in software sales, with proven leadership experience
Requires strong understanding of software products, services, and industry trends
Requires experience using CRM software to manage sales pipelines and customer relationships
