Position : Customer Service Advisor/Admin (Car Workshop) - 5.5 Days (Sin Ming)
Location : Sin Ming Drive
Working hours : 5.5 Days Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am – 2pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:
Attending to customer enquiries on car servicing and repairs
Preparing quotation, ordering of parts and billing
Coordinating with technical team for servicing, repairs and turnaround time
Managing customers' expectations and ensuring cars are ready for customers' collection within the appointed time
Handling car accident reporting and communicating with insurance company / surveyors for claims
Any adhoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
Car workshop experience required, minimum 2 years
Accident claims experience is a plus
Minimum N Levels or equivalent
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
