Position : Operations Executive (Maritime/ Ship Chandler / Must Have Marine Purchasing Background)
Location : Beach Road (Nearest MRT -11 minute walk- Nicoll Highway MRT)
Working hours : 5 days / Monday - Friday - 9.00am - 6.00pm / 1 week of standby duty after office hours for every 4 weeks rotation.
Salary (Commensurate with experience): Salary up to $52000 + AWS + $200 Standby Allowance + 14 days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:
Manage customers’ inquiries and provide after sales assistance
Prepare quotations, delivery orders, purchase orders and invoicing etc.
Liaise with suppliers, manage price negotiations, delivery etc.
Manage stock inventory and logistics for local and overseas stock point.
Attend team meeting and share best practices with colleagues.
Good multi-tasking ability and able to work under minimal supervision.
Able to manage work in a dynamic work environment with good attention to details.
A strong team player with excellent communication and project management skills
Proficiency in managing daily challenges while maintaining accuracy in work.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field
Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience and knowledge of maritime industry and logistics will be
an added advantage.
