Position : Accounts Assistant/Executive (Shipping/AR/AP) - Up To $3,300 + AWS
Location : Central - Tanjong Pagar (Near MRT)
Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am - 5.30pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,300 + AWS + Variable Bonus + 12 -16 Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly AR/AP aging report and submit to management
Data entry of customer payments, perform cheques and bank transfer transactions
To keep full set of simple account for company registered in Panama account
Process of payments on a timely basis and update weekly cash balance
Maintain book keeping
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum of Diploma in Accountancy
Training will be provided
Experienced with full sets will have advantage
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with China associates who can only speak mandarin.
