Customer Service Officer (Shipping/Air Freight)


Location : Changi Cargo


Working hours : Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm, Alternate Saturday 9am-1pm after probation


Salary(commensurate on experience) : Up to $3500 + Performance Bonus + 12 days Annual leave


Duration : Permanent


Industry : Logistic Solution Provided


 



Main Responsibilities:

 


Handle customer inquiries related to airfreight shipments (export/import)


Provide timely shipment updates to customers


Coordinate with operations, airlines, and transport teams to meet customer requirements


Prepare quotations, booking confirmations, and necessary shipping documents


Manage and resolve customer complaints or service issues


Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners


Support the operations team with documentation and follow-ups when required



Requirements:

 


Minimum ITE/Diploma in related field.


Good understanding of airfreight operations and documentation


Minimum 1–2 years experience in airfreight customer service or logistics


Proficient in MS Office and freight management systems
