Admin Assistant (Sales Department)


Location: Boon Lay


Working hours: 5 Days Office Work Week (8.30am to 5.30pm)


Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + Variable Bonus


Duration: Permanent


Industry: Manufacturing


 


Responsibilities:


 


Manage end-to-end order processing, including documentation (delivery orders, invoices) and coordination with logistics partners for seamless import/export operations.


Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and optimize stock management to ensure efficiency.


Oversee day-to-day office administration, ensuring smooth operations across departments.  


Coordinate sales activities to enhance customer satisfaction and build long-term partnerships.  


Assist with warehouse operations, including inventory checks and packing, as needed. 


Any other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned.


 


 


Requirements:


 


At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales admin duties.


Proficient in MS office (excel and word).


Ability to commence work within a short notice will be preferred.


Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
