Admin Assistant Healthcare (5 days / Office Hour / No Exp Ok)

Our Client, Premier Local Educational Institution

5 days work, office hour 8:30am - 6pm

The Talent


Polytechnic Diploma in Business Practice (Business Management) preferred; GCE "A" Level or equivalent qualification

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Confident in navigating and using online and IT systems.

The Job


input grant application details into Excel spreadsheets accurately

Provide administrative support during grant calls and review meetings.

Prepare email announcements using standardized templates.

Follow up with Principal Investigators (PIs) to ensure timely submission of annual progress and final reports.
