Sales Executives (Corporate Gift Industry/UNCAPPED COMMISSION)
Location : Yishun
Working hours : Monday - Friday 9.30am to 6.30pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3500 Basic + Transport Allowances/Claims + 12 Days Annual Leave (Every Year + 2 Days up to 20 Days) + Incentives + Uncapped Commission

Main Responsibilities:
Handle inbound client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Prospect new clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and outreach.
Present product proposals and solutions to clients through multiple mediums (phone, Zoom, face-to-face meetings).
Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close sales aligned with company objectives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to refine sales strategies.
Develop tailored proposals to meet the specific needs of prospective clients, ensuring alignment with company offerings.
Achieve sales targets by actively generating leads, closing deals, and fostering long-term client partnerships.
Other ad-hoc activities assigned
Requirements:
2+ years in B2B sales, particularly in corporate wholesale markets.
Proven success in closing high-value deals and building long-term partnerships.
Preferred experience in gift, advertising, marketing, or distribution industries.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
