Public Relations Officer (Civil Engineering) – Up to $3,800 - ALL WELCOME
Location : Bukit Batok
Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,800 + Bonus + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
To prepare and disseminate the circulars to notify the residents and stakeholders of the work activities nearby
To prepare yearly Public relations plan, weekly/monthly engagement reports for submission to Agencies.
To prepare presentation slides for meetings.
To organise for internal/external stakeholders for briefing and meeting sessions.
To attend feedback calls and work closely with operation team to address to the feedbacks.
To attend weekly and monthly meetings for relevant authorities.
To coordinate and discuss submission with authorities to get their approval.
Perform other public relations tasks as assigned by the superior
Requirements:
Minimum 'O' levels or equivalent with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in related field preferably
Well versed in Microsoft office
All with experience welcome
