Adecco is partnering with an Italian industrial battery manufacturer and we are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their business permanently! Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the successful incumbent will handle order processing activities through SAP and liaise with the manufacturing plant, warehouse and forwarders to ensure cargo ships out to customers on time.

Location: West region, Toh Guan area
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary Package: up to $3,800/month + VB
The Job:
Respond promptly to customer queries, handle complaints, and escalate issues as necessary. Liaise with colleagues for solutions, track resolutions, and follow up with customers.
Process orders using SAP (SD module), verify stocks, manage priorities/emergencies, and organize shipments, including import/export documentation (e.g., delivery notes, bills of lading, certificates of origin).
Create customer accounts, generate invoices, monitor payment deadlines, and manage overdue payments, including LC negotiations with banks.
Collect and maintain export control and regulatory documents.
Share customer feedback with teams to enhance products/services and support stock management with 3rd-party warehouses. Liaise on shipments and courier arrangements.
Ensure timely order processing and deliveries to meet sales targets. Support commercial teams with order issues and freight charge verification.
Stay updated on products, services, and system processes, attending workshops as needed.
The Talent:
Min 1-2 years of order processing experience using SAP (SD module) in the manufacturing industry
Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
Ability to learn and pick up new skills quickly
