Position : Admin Assistant / Sales Coordinator - Up to $3,000 - AMK
Location : Ang Mo Kio
Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 9.00AM - 6.0PM
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 10-18 Days Annual Leave

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
Create Proforma Invoice, Delivery Order, Invoice from system
Prepare and co-ordinate for delivery and distribute DHL/FedEx/Local packages
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
Track sales performance and update sales data on CRM
Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
Manage office supplies and keep inventory stocked
Checking suppliers’ delivery notes against our goods system
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
