Admin Assistant (Customer Service/Shipping/ Air Freight/ Supply Chain)-NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Location : Airport Cargo Road - Bus nearby
Working hours : 5 days a week, Monday - Friday, 9.00 am - 6.00 pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3000 + AWS
Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
To coordinate with airlines, truckers, vendors on freight bookings and shipments.
Liaise with customers, overseas agents and provide sales support.
Issue shipping documentation, billing invoice, BL, Airwaybill.
Requirements:
Min O/N levels or equivalent.
Experience in shipping/air freight an advantage.
Patient, able to multitask and work in fast paced environment.
On the job training will be provided.
Willing to work in Changi Airfreight Centre
Computer skills in Ms Office.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
