Position Title: Accountant
Working Location: Jurong East
Working Hours: 5.5 days, Mon - Fri (9.00am - 6.00pm) Sat (9.00am – 1.00pm)
Salary Package: Basic + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Manage a full set of accounts, including but not limited to accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
Prepare detailed monthly and year-end financial statements along with comprehensive management reports.
Oversee monthly closing activities, ensuring accurate journal postings.
Specialize in GST submissions, maintaining stringent adherence to IRAS regulations for timely compliance.
Take a leading role in the preparation and submission of corporate tax, working closely with tax agents.
Maintain precise financial records and engage with external parties like tax agents as necessary.
Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities, supporting financial planning efforts.
Uphold strict compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and relevant laws to ensure financial integrity.
Other duties assigned by management.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
At least 3 years of experience in managing full sets of accounts, with a strong emphasis on corporate tax and GST matters.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced skills in Excel.
