Sales Service Coordinator - MARINE/NAVIGATION
Location : Bukit Batok
Working hours : 5 days/ (Monday- Friday, 8:30am-6:00pm)
Salary(commensurate depending on experience) : Up to $3700 + AWS + Bonus + 14 Annual Leave + Wellness benefit : Extra 2 days Annual Leave & $200 incentives if eligible.

Main Responsibilities:
Respond and handle customer service requests and enquiries through email, SAP and Salesforce.
Coordinate and schedule service/ delivery order with customer, shipping agent and internal staff.
Monitor the services request status and maintain updates on any services ongoing request.
Handles commercial quotations, invoices and payment status with customers.
Oversee and involvement in service and spare parts sales.
Maintain proper filing of documentation
Evaluate the quality of all services and identify areas that require improvements.
Manage the service hotline for any after-office hours service requests and technical enquiries.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce will be an added advantage
Experience in service coordination for Marine industry will be an added advantage.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
