Position: Procurement/Purchasing Executive (Semiconductor-SAP)
Location: Ang Mo Kio (Few bus stops from Yio Chu Kang MRT)
Working hours: 5 days’ work week, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4200 + Bonus

Main Responsibilities:
Actively source, assess and research potential suppliers for machine components, materials and procurement products from both local and overseas.
Make on-going efforts to identify new suppliers and review current suppliers to maintain a pool of qualified suppliers.
Communicate with suppliers and order high-quality products and materials for the business.
Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating skills to secure best price, payment terms, lead time and ensure on- time delivery.
Work closely with suppliers on delivery scheduling, quality issues, component specifications and certification requirements.
Assists to arrange trainings for designers and/or engineers with suppliers when required
Manage, maintain and monitor project costings closely to achieve cost savings and ensure the accuracy of the data in the project costings.
Manage the turnaround time for inventory.
Handling the Purchase Order Management.
Work closely with various teams such as designing, engineering, workshop and assembly to ensure on cost-savings measure and on time deliveries for projects.
Enforce to procurement policies and procedures with the company and externally.
Ad-hoc administrative duties.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in procurement function, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
Candidates with more years of relevant experience will be considered for a senior position.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking clients who converse in Mandarin only
