Position : Sales/Business Development Executive (F&B/FMCG) - Up to $4,500 + Commission
Location : Central - Queenstown / Redhill
Working hours : Monday - Friday | 8.30am – 5.30pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to Basic $4,500 + Commission + Annual Bonus + 14 days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
Utilize your prospecting skills and a variety of tools (LinkedIn, CRM, industry events) to generate leads, build relationships with decision-makers, and expand our market reach.
Dive deep into industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify untapped opportunities and refine our value proposition.
Develop and deliver compelling pitches, negotiate contracts, and exceed sales targets while nurturing long-term client relationships.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies, provide market feedback, and contribute to product development.
Track your sales performance, generate reports, and analyze data to forecast future sales and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar
Minimum 2 years experience in corporate sales in Hospitality or FMCG
Strong analytical, organizational and personal skills
Bilingual in Mandarin and English to converse to Chinese clients who can only speak mandarin.
