Job Description

The primary responsibility includes delivering key administrative, pricing, and coordination support to the sales team to ensure seamless execution of client deals and internal operations.


The Opportunity:


Adecco is partnering with a leading multinational 3PL provider to hire a Sales Support Executive, responsible for delivering key administrative, pricing, and coordination support to the sales team to ensure seamless execution of client deals and internal operations.



Transportation provider

Location: West (Transportation provider)

Working hours: Monday - Friday (9 AM - 6:30 PM)

Salary: up to $4000 (AWS + VB)


The Job


Support the sales team with quotation preparation and pricing analysis for RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs

Coordinate with internal departments and overseas offices on customer requirements and pricing

Ensure timely and accurate submission of proposals and commercial documents

Maintain and update rate databases and shared folders

Assist in customer onboarding and SOP documentation

Ensure proper filing and organization of sales-related records

Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for internal tracking


The Talent:


At least 2 years of experience in the logistics industry.

Possess a Diploma / Degree or equivalent preferred.
