Position : Project Coordinator (Autocad/Revit/BIM) - Training Provided
Location : Benoi Road
Working hours : Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm, if required to work on Saturdays 8.30am-12.30pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3500 + Variable Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:
Create and update drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and teams on drawing submissions, revisions, and take-offs.
Assist with quantity take-offs, measurements, and progress claims.
Maintain a digital library of project documents.
Prepare and submit safety documents (risk assessments, fall protection plans, method statements, lifting plans, etc.).
Support safety audits, document toolbox talks, and attend safety meetings and site walks.
Other ad-hoc activities assigned
Requirements:
Min O Level
Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD; working knowledge of Revit/BIM
Safety Skills: Familiarity with permit-to-work documentation and safety-planning formats
