Position: HR Assistant cum Admin
Location: West (Tuas - transport provided from Tuas Link MRT) - Office to shift to Tuas West next year
Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Fridau (8.30am to 5.30pm)
Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $3500 + AWS + Variable Bonus + OT + Medical

Main Responsibilities:
Prepare employee contracts, manage annual leave records, and liaison with government agencies
Manage salary timecards, foreign worker levies, IR21 filing, and medical insurance
Provide support to the HR Manager
Manage the employee lifecycle from hiring to exit
Optimize HR systems, processes, and operations
Assist in payroll duties
Ensure HR processes comply with labour laws, regulations, and company policies
Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a related field
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
