Position: Assistant Office Manager/Admin Manager
Location: Tuas (will relocate to CBD)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 4.30pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,000 + AWS + Meal Allowance + Transport allowance + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
Set-up new office: facility management, furniture, registration
Perform general office administration, including filing, scheduling and correspondence
Manage office supplies and ensure a well-organized workplace
Coordinate/Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and company events
Assist in HR-related administrative tasks
Assist in accounting related duties - daily bookkeeping and financial transactions
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
At least 5 years of relevant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Detail oriented with good organizational and multitasking skills
