Position: Sales Admin
Location: Boon Lay (Near Boon Lay/Pioneer MRT)
Working hours: Monday to Friday (7.50am - 4.50pm) with 1 Saturday duty per month
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,000 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + OT Pay (if required)
Duration: 1 year contract convertible to permanent
Industry: Fire Protection
Main Responsibilities:
To manage daily sales leads from various channels such as email enquiries, e-commerce platforms, phone and walk-in customers
To coordinate servicing and delivery tasks with other colleagues
To manage daily sales related support tasks such as paperwork filing
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
Minimum ITE certification and above
Minimum 1 year of administrative work required
