Position : Assistant Project Manager – Up to $4,000 - Eunos

Location : Eunos

Working hours : Monday to Friday - 9.00AM to 5.30PM

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,000 + AWS + Transport Allowance + 12 Days Annual Leave

Responsibilities:

Assist the project manager in overseeing and executing various projects to ensure smooth progress according to plan.

Conduct on-site measurements independently and provide support for design and construction based on collected data.

Communicate with clients to understand and confirm their requirements, and track project progress.

Manage project timelines and quality control to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.

Assist in preparing project-related documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes.

Supervise and coordinate on-site work to ensure construction teams adhere to drawings and design specifications.

Resolve unexpected on-site issues and provide effective solutions.

Coordinate and maintain good communication with various departments (e.g., design, construction, procurement).

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

With prior experience in furniture or construction projects preferred

Familiarity with construction techniques, building materials, and relevant regulations.

Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.

Bilingual in English, Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
