Job Responsibilities:
Handle enquiries, bookings, and guest check-in/check-out
Assist guests with rules, regulations, and essential contacts
Collect payments, raise billing requests, and reconcile daily revenue
Manage lost & found items and generate daily check-in lists
Maintain office supplies and submit monthly reports
Job Requirements:
Min 1 year of relevant experience.
