Sales Manager is to supporting existing clients and developing new business opportunities in the manufacturing and industrial sectors.


The Opportunity:


Permanent Role

Office Location: Central North

Work Hours: Mon to Fri

$6000 - $9000 Basic + $800 Transport + AWS + VB

The Job:


Lead, manage, and support sales teams across 6 Asian sites to achieve annual revenue and profitability targets.

Develop and execute regional sales strategies, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market opportunities.

Identify and secure new business opportunities in target industries such as electronics, automotive, energy, and industrial manufacturing.

Strengthen relationships with key accounts, ensuring exceptional service and long-term partnerships.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to proactively adjust sales plans.

Work closely with operations, supply chain, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

Provide regular reporting and forecasting to senior management.

Drive talent development, mentoring, and performance management of regional sales teams.

The Talent:


Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

6-10 years' B2B sales experience in industrial fasteners, mechanical components, or related manufacturing sectors, with at least 3-5 years in a regional leadership role.

Proven track record of key account management, channel management and developing new markets.
