Location : Tradehub 21, Near Jurong East MRT/Clementi MRT
Working hours: twice a week (5hrs) May need work on Sat or Sunday occasionally (when needs arises)
Responsibilities:
- Basic Accounting knowledge
- Issuing receipt
- Check invoices
- handling of Petty Cash
- handling of Payment
- Update payment on events
- Dealing with customer on payment receiving
- Preparing events budget costing and P/L
- Administration filing and handling
- ?Data entry
Requirement:
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (word/ excel) & Outlook a MUST
- ?knowledge of Accounting software an advantage
- ?MUST be able to read & write Chinese
