Position : Admin Assistant – Up to $3,000 - Bukit Batok
Location : Bukit Batok
Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 8.30AM to 6.00PM
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,000 + AWS + 10 Days Annual Leave

Responsibilities:
Accurately input and process customer orders, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, pricing, discounts, and product specifications. Verify order details and ensure timely delivery.
Handle order inquiries via phone, email, or mail, resolving issues related to pricing, product numbers, and delivery schedules. Assist customers with order status updates and delays.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, resolve queries, and optimize delivery efficiency.
Manage urgent customer calls, emails, and messages in the absence of sales representatives, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
Generate Statements of Accounts (SOA) and sales reports for the sales team as needed. Maintain accurate filing systems for order and transaction records.
Process cheque clearances and manage petty cash transactions.
Utilize Dynamics 365 Business Central for order management, reporting, and process efficiency.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma Qualifications in any field
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
Bilingual in English, Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
