Responsibilities:
Monitor store performance and adjust operations to achieve targets
Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service
Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of staff
Ensure visual merchandising and in-store communications align with brand standards
Oversee stockroom organization and timely product replenishment
Implement loss prevention measures and maintain a safe, welcoming store environment
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of retail or supervisory experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Customer-first mindset with ability to motivate and lead a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
