Our client is a Manufacturing MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Logistics & Procurement Coordinator to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle the creation and tracking of purchase orders.
Monitor and manage inventory, including surplus items, products nearing expiry, and related stock control measures.
Oversee and expedite shipments from production facilities, managing stock allocation to customers according to planned timelines.
Coordinate with the Customer Service and Sales teams to address inventory shortages or delays in delivery.
Prepare and present monthly operational reports for management review.
Administer goods return processes in response to irregularity reports.
All other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Min Diploma in Supply Chain Management studies or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications and Oasis System will be advantageous.
