5 days work week
Salary: Up to $3600 (Depending on Experience)
1 year contract - able to convert/renew (Depending on performance)

Job Description
Facilitate course workshops, whether in-person or virtual
Support examinations and courses during office and non-office hours by performing tasks such as invigilation and onsite support for courses and exams
Coordinate and arrange logistics, such as catering, venue booking etc for training courses and exams
Collate and submit finance documents to process payments
Review course applications accurately
Manage Learning Management System for Courses
Assist to support learners and trainers for all admin matters for courses and exams
Liaise with stakeholders for course processing matters
Budgeting for new intake exams and courses
Handle general enquiries and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor Degree with 1 year relevant working experience is preferred
Weekend commitment is occasionally needed - off-in-lieu will be given if weekend committed
Proficiency in MS office Suite and Platforms such as Zoom & MS teams is preferred
Strong communication skills, strong analytical skills and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
