Job Responsibilities:
Executive (Administration) – 4 Months Contract
Manage invoice payments, staff reimbursements, and issuance of purchase orders
Compile and submit monthly billing reports (e.g., Grab invoices, temporary staff, intern payroll computations)
Administer company insurance matters, including policy renewals, coverage, and claims
Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for temporary staff and interns
Coordinate internal events, return-to-office arrangements, and logistics
Oversee procurement and consolidation of pantry and stationery supplies
Provide support for meetings (e.g., Board Meetings), including logistics, material preparation, and minute-taking
? Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in administrative or HR roles
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Able to work both independently and collaboratively
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Salary: $2,600 – $3,000 per month
Availability: Preferably able to start work on short notice
