Manage, and processing invoice payments, reimbursement claims, and purchase order issuance
Compile and submit monthly billing reports (e.g., Grab invoices, temporary staff, intern computations etc)
Manage insurance policies, ensuring timely renewals, coverage and claims
Support onboarding and offboarding processes for temporary staff and interns
Coordinate internal events, return-to-office planning, and logistics
Handle ordering and consolidation of pantry supplies and stationery
Assist with meeting arrangements (e.g., Board Meetings), including logistics, material preparation, and minute-taking
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, or related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative or HR experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong organisational and time management skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
