As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the welcoming face of our showroom and the first point of contact for clients. You will play a vital role in guiding them through their journey, ensuring every interaction is professional, informative, and leaves a lasting impression. This role combines customer engagement with operational responsibilities, making it an exciting opportunity for service-oriented individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver a high level of customer experience in the showroom, ensuring each client feels welcomed and valued.
Handle client inquiries and requests via face-to-face interactions, phone, and email in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain and organize the showroom reception area while ensuring store opening/closing processes adhere to SOPs.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
Support reporting tasks, including sales/traffic data, and assist with marketing campaigns and showroom initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
At least 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail, hospitality, or showroom environments.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Willing to work shifts and weekends (latest shift ends at 8pm; 40 hours per week).
