Accountant Cum Admin Required in Singapore


Job Description

1. Accountant

  • Process salary payments, expenses claims and medical insurance for team members
  • Prepare quotations, invoices and other financial documents
  • Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
  • Perform Work Pass Application, GST and CPF Submission
  • Follow up long-outstanding payment (not received)
  • Prepare and email out statement of accounts to customers
  • Update staff schedule using scheduling software

2. Admin Support

  • Attend to incoming phone calls
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and maintain records
  • Attend customer issue and give out the advise for customer
  • In charge of arranging daily appointment
  • Maintain cleanliness of room
  • Type customer invoices using accounting software
  • Prepare and email out invoices to customers
  • Perform cheque and petty cash deposit
  • To learn and perfom on sales tele-marketing

Requirements:

  • At least Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, & Quickbooks
  • Able to speak and read both Chinese & English in order to communication with customers
  • Independent and organised, able to multi-task within tight deadlines, and has strong work ethics and communication skills
  • Able to multi-task and work independently
  • Handle payment, banking and pettycash etc
  • Meticulous in details
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised and time-efficient with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Positive, energetic, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to start immediately will be an added advantage
