Admin Assistant (Audit) to assist their team


Job Description

Our client is an estate management services company. They are looking for a Temp Admin Assistant (Audit) to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.


Responsibilities:

  • Help with collecting and reviewing data for audit planning.
  • Use data analysis tools like Excel, ACL, and Tableau in audits.
  • Keep clear and organized records of audit work and findings.
  • Contribute to identifying issues and making suggestions for process improvements.
  • Support the team leader in finalizing audit findings and reports, and gather management responses and action plans.
  • Monitor progress in addressing audit issues and control problems.
  • Assist in creating the annual audit plan and prepare reports and materials for management and the audit committee.

Requirements:

  • Background in accounting, business, or related studies (No experience required for applicants).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
